Daily care & preventative maintenance
Caring for your laminate floors couldn't be easier! You can sweep, dry mop, and vacuum as needed. You should also incorporate some preventative maintenance, starting with investing in entryway mats to capture dirt before it can get on your floors. Additionally, consider placing furniture on floor protectors and take great care not to drag or drop objects when moving any heavy items across your flooring. While laminate is durable & scratch-resistant, it's not completely impervious to scratching.
Dealing with spills
When you find a spill on your laminate floors, you can simply wipe it away with a clean, dry cloth. Make sure your floor is dry afterwards, as standing water can warp & damage laminate surfaces. If you need to use any cleaning products, make sure they have been approved by your product’s manufacturer.
